240g ice cubes
340g hulled strawberries
2 tbsp lemon juice
160g rum
30g sugar
Mint leaves (optional)


  • Place all ingredients in TM bowl and blend 20 sec/speed 9.
  • Pour into cocktail glasses, add fresh mint leaves if preferred, and enjoy

Cook’s Tips

  • You can leave out the sugar if you would prefer a healthier daiquiri
  • Replace the rum with coconut water for a refreshing mocktail
  • If you’d like a more tropical flavour, include some banana or pineapple when blending the ingredients together
  • Half the ingredients
  • Experiment with flavoured rum
