3 cloves garlic
1 hot red chilli
50 g olive oil
200 g baby Roma tomatoes
50 g dry white wine
Seasoning to taste
1 200 g water
350 g uncooked spaghetti
1/2 tsp salt
Baby spinach leaves
Parmesan cheese in shavings


  • Place garlic and chilli into TM bowl. Chop 3 sec/speed 7. Using TM spatula, scrape down sides of the bowl.
  • Add 30 g olive oil and sauté 2 min/100°C/speed 1. Add tomatoes and wine. With MC lid off, cook 4 min/100°C/reverse/speed 1. Season to taste. Set aside keeping warm in a ThermoServer. Quick rinse TM bowl. Weigh water into bowl. Add salt.
  • Bring to the boil 10 min/100°C/speed 1.
  • Add spaghetti through the mixing bowl lid. Without MC cup on, cook 10-12 minutes/100°C/reverse/speed 1 until al dente. Drain spaghetti in simmering basket.
  • Add spaghetti to the tomato mixture in the ThermoServer and toss with extra olive oil. Stir through baby spinach leaves and serve with shavings of Parmesan cheese.
