1 onion, quartered
2 cloves garlic
50 g red pepper, quartered
50 g green pepper, quartered
20 g olive oil
800 g rump steak, cut into strips
1 tsp paprika
Chilli to personal taste
1 tsp salt
1 tbs flour
100 g port wine
20 g mustard
100 g orange juice
2 oranges, in segments


  • Place onion, garlic and peppers in TM bowl, and chop for 5 secs/speed 7.
  • Add olive oil and sauté 3 min/Varoma/speed 1.
  • Add the steak, Paprika, chilli, salt and flour, and stir with the spatula, and cook for 3 min/120°C/spoon speed.
  • Add the Port wine, mustard, orange juice, and cook for 20 mins/100°C/reverse/spoon speed.
  • To serve, place orange slices and parsley over the top.

  • Serve with rice.
