Ingredients
½ tbsp melted coconut oil (optional)
375g Coconut milk
160g Mango cut into 3cm cubs and frozen
180g Pineapple cut into 3cm cubs and frozen
1 tsp Turmeric powder
½ tsp Cayenne pepper
Pinch of Ground pepper

Method

  • Place the coconut oil in the TM bowl and melt 1 min/50°C/speed 2.
  • Add remaining ingredients into TM bowl and blend 1 min/speed 10. If needed use the TM spatula to help
