Mustard Balsamic Vinegar Dressing
240g Extra Virgin Olive Oil
50g Wholegrain Mustard
50g Balsamic Vinegar
2 tsp Sugar
2 tbsp Mixed Herbs (Basil, Oregano, Rosemary)
1 tsp Salt
Pepper to taste

Spring Onion and Parsley Dressing
1 bunch of spring onions
1 handful of parsley
1 garlic clove
100g grape seed oil
50g white wine vinegar
30g sugar
3 eggs
1tsp salt
Black pepper
Mixed herbs (optional)

Mustard Balsamic Vinegar Dressing

  • Weigh olive oil in bowl, then pour into jar and set aside.
  • Place all remaining ingredients into TM bowl, and mix 30 sec/speed 4.
  • Set TM to 3 min/speed 4, and pour oil onto the lid and hold MC in place so oil drizzles into mixture in bowl.
  • Add mixture to jar and refrigerate.

Spring Onion and Parsley Dressing

  • Chop spring onion, parsley, and garlic for 5 sec/speed 5.
  • Add 50g grape seed oil and cook 2 min/100/speed 2.
  • Add remaining oil and all other ingredients and liquidise for 40 sec/speed 10.
  • Place in a sterilised jar and refrigerate
