4 Dessert apples, cored, quartered (approx. 600g)
½ – 1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 pinch ground nutmeg
80 g rolled oats
40 g blanched almonds
800 g milk
200 g ice cubes


  • Place all ingredients in mixing bowl and blend 3 min/speed 10. Serve immediately.

Cook’s Tip

  • For a smoother consistency, soak the oats for 6 hours or overnight before beginning the recipe.
